Who We Are
The Three Birds Law is a dispute resolution practice built for disputes that matter. We represent corporates, financial institutions, insurers, public bodies, and individuals in high-value, high-stakes conflicts — in the courtroom, at the arbitral tribunal, in adjudication, and at the negotiating table.
Our name reflects our philosophy: three ways to resolve — litigate, arbitrate, or mediate — and the judgment to know which path serves the client best. We are litigators and advocates first, but we never lose sight of the commercial outcome our clients are actually trying to achieve.

What We Do
We resolve complex, cross-border and high-value disputes across litigation, international arbitration, adjudication and expert determination, mediation, and investigations. Whether a dispute is heading to trial, sitting before a tribunal, or better suited to a confidential settlement process, we build the strategy around the client’s commercial objective — not around a single forum.
Our lawyers work across construction and energy, insurance and reinsurance, financial crime, civil fraud and asset recovery, and general commercial disputes. We advise from the first sign of conflict through to enforcement, and we are equally comfortable running a multi-jurisdictional arbitration as we are steering a same-day adjudication.
